Karen O'Connor

As a Principal of Pfocus, Karen provides effective leadership and efficient management to guide Project Teams through the planning, design, and construction phases of capital improvement projects. Her strong desire to take on and diligently guide challenging projects and their respective teams on behalf of the Owner successfully delivers project objectives. She has over 29 years experience in planning design and construction phases of cultural centers, public venues, corporate, educational, and hospitality projects. Karen co-founded Pfocus in 2005 preceded by 18 years of professional practice in commercial interior architecture. For the past 10 years, she has served in the role of Owner’s Representative utilizing her past experience effectively as liaison between the Design Team, Contractor and Owner to assure quality performance of the Project Team.
